Dr. Thomas joined Synergy in 2021 and brings a young, relatable energy to the practice. He is very thorough and thoughtful, caring for the whole patient. As an internist, he makes sure all systems are addressed and a good baseline is established while able to quarterback a patient’s care across any other specialties they might have a need for.
He received his bachelors with honors in Biology from Hofstra University; he finished Magna Cum Laude. He went on to get his masters in healthcare administration from Hofstra University. Dr Thomas received his MD from Suny Downstate Medical Center in New York; he finished his residency for internal medicine at UCLA. His studies have been published and his impressive scholarly work highlights his lifelong dedication to patient care. He is multilingual in Spanish, English, and Malayalam.
